These are stamps. They do allow mailing mail.

I used one of these stamps to mail my rent check and boy oh boy, did it ever work well! And it was sooo easy, just stick it to the upper right corner of an envelope (directions were not included, but I’m in the know about these things so it’s cool) The landlord was sooo happy to get it, AND on time (props to USPS)! I will definitely be buying more stamps like these in the future! 10 stars!

I love having different stamps other than the plain ones you get at Walmart. Yes, they are a little more expensive but they are "forever stamps" so will last me a long time.
